- Personal & Commercial Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products in your personal and commercial projects.
- Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or transfer the original files (or slightly modified versions of the files) to any third party.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been downloaded.
3. Client Services & Projects
For custom services (filmmaking, web development, creative direction, photography), specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures will be detailed in a separate contract or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of the project.
- A standard non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure a booking.
- Final files/source codes will be handed over upon full settlement of the invoice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of PT Buana Kreatif Nusantara and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or website content without our express written permission.
